【背景知識】

水痘帶狀皰疹病毒引起水痘，水痘是一種通過接觸水皰或呼吸道分泌物或通過空氣傳播的高度傳染性疾病。一個(gè)人通常在皮疹前1-2天到皮疹開始后4-5天，或者直到水泡形成硬殼，才具有傳染性。暴露后約2-3周開始出現(xiàn)癥狀，包括發(fā)熱、疲勞、瘙癢皮疹和小水泡，在2-4天內(nèi)干涸并形成痂。更嚴(yán)重但罕見的問題或并發(fā)癥可能發(fā)生的疾病有肺炎（尤其是成人）、皮膚感染、血液感染和腦炎。大約90%大多數(shù)水痘病例發(fā)生在1-14歲的兒童身上，90%的人在20歲出頭時(shí)曾患過水痘。
