【背景知識(shí)】

巨細(xì)胞病毒（CMN）是皰疹病毒組的一員。大多數(shù)感染CMV的成人和兒童沒(méi)有癥狀，也不會(huì)受到病毒的傷害。巨細(xì)胞病毒感染主要在孕婦、可能患有先天性感染的新生兒、免疫抑制移植患者和艾滋病患者中具有臨床意義。巨細(xì)胞病毒非常普遍，超過(guò)60%的人在一生中的某個(gè)時(shí)候感染。ELlSA引起的CMV lgG抗體顯著增加表明最近感染或潛在CMN感染的反應(yīng)。ELISA可檢測(cè)原發(fā)性CMV感染（93-100%）和再激活感染（40%）中的CMV lgM抗體。活動(dòng)性感染免疫促進(jìn)患者的lgM反應(yīng)可能減少或消失。在移植患者中，巨細(xì)胞病毒感染可能與較高的發(fā)病率和死亡率有關(guān)。
